You will receive an invoice for payment via WhatsApp and only once payment reflects will your booking be confirmed.
Your 6 wrist bands for access to the event will be ready and in a sealed envelope at the entrance of the Hellenic Hall.
Please be sure to place the wrist bands on your RIGHT arm.
PLEASE NOTE
ANYONE IN ATTENDANCE WITHOUT A WRIST BAND WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PREMISES WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.

Failure to make payments by the end dates specified will mean your tickets are NOT confirmed and you would need to purchase the next stage of available tickets.
Door Walk In Ticket payments can be made via Cash or Card at the door on the evening of The Hellenic Affair.
OBSESSIONS Events have a selection of food vendors for the evening, meaning food stalls will be available from the food court area.
Orders must be placed with the food vendors directly.
Payments can be made in CASH or by CARD facilities which will be available.

Obsessions Events has parking available at The Hellenic Community of Germiston.
Early Bird, Regular and LastMinute.com Ticket Sales will be charged
R 80.00 per vehicle for General Admission Parking.
Parking on the premisses is limited to 250 vehicles therefore we recommend booking early or using UBER.
Parking outside the premises will be available and at NO cost.
For safety we will have security watching your vehicles.
Parking will be added to your ticket sales invoice, Walk In ticket sales will be billed as they enter the car park and only if there is space available, payments can be made by cash or card on the evening of The Hellenic Affair.
All funds collected from the parking will be split between security, cleaners, and all Hellenic Community of Germiston staff working at the OBSESSIONS event on the evening.
Please note that parking is at your own risk and OBSESSIONS Events cannot be held accountable for any theft or damages.
OBSESSIONS Events have arranged for shuttle services
to The Hellenic Community of Germiston
from The Hellenic Community of Pretoria and return.
The Cost is R 150.00 per person return and must be paid in full when making your initial booking, the person/s making the booking will be automatically billed for "each" 6 individuals.

There are 2 pick up and 2 drop off times for persons coming from Pretoria, please notify us when making your booking as to which of the two time allocations and vehicles you would like to book for.
Remember the drivers will have a list of persons that booked their vehicle and at which time slot, therefore you would have to stick to that bus or change with someone else before the bus leaves and after payment has been made.
